Personal life and education
Ullal born in Muscat, Oman, is a Mangalorean born of Indian origin parents. Her father, Nitin Ullal is the General Manager of a reputed construction company in Oman and lives in Oman, while her mother moved to Mumbai.
She studied at indian school muscat in Oman, Durelo Convent High School in Mumbai and later studied at MMK College.
At college she befriended Arpita, her college mate and the younger step-sister of Bollywood actor Salman Khan. The friendship led to the chance meeting with Salman Khan, who was greatly impressed by her charm and look-alike beauty of Aishwarya Rai.
Career
Ullal debuted her movie career in 2005. was noticed more for her striking resemblance to Aishwarya Rai than for her acting in her debut movie Lucky — No Time For Love.[1] Salman Khan kept on saying that Ullal was chosen for personality and not for her resemblance to Rai, who refused the role when it was offered to her. Many think that Ullal was chosen to make Rai envious.
