Shilpa Anand is an Indian television actress and as per our point of view, she is one of the most beautiful actresses in Indian television industry. Shilpa was born in South Africa on 10 December 1982 and did her schooling education there. After completing education she shifted to Mumbai. Shilpa Anand has five years of experience in all phases of the Software Development life cycle.

She has expertise in Java/J2EE application development and has been working in the E-Learning domain. She has worked for clients within the Health care, Travel, Learning Management and Performance Management System field. She studied at the Punjab University MCA, obtaining a Masters in Computer Applications from 2000 to 2003. She started her career as a model and worked in several South Indian movies.

Shilpa Anand rose to fame throughout India after starring as the lead role of Dr. Riddhima Gupta in “Dill Mill Gayye” on Star One channel which is a sequel to the television show Sanjeevani-A medical boon. In this show Shilpa played the lead role. On 2nd June, she shots the last episode for Dil Mil Gaye as she has decided to leave the show for some personal reasons.

She is the younger sister of Sakshi Shivanand, famous actress in Tollywood and Kollywood. Shilpa also acted in a movie named Iqraar…By Chance, in which she played the lead role as Rashmi.
